You Did It!

Thank you for your overwhelming support of Library Giving Day on April 4th! It was a record-breaking day, with nearly $10,000 contributed for literacy and learning in our communities, helping keep our libraries a vibrant place to learn and grow. Your generosity truly makes a difference.

Impact: Exploring Art In Blanchard

Becky Pauls, branch manager at the Blanchard Public Library, received requests for more arts programming, and the Foundation was happy to help! Thanks to your support, community members of all ages and backgrounds explored their creativity while connecting with others in a series of artist-led watercolor painting and drawing classes.

Each of Pioneer’s 12 hometown libraries is unique, and the Foundation is committed to meeting the needs of individual communities and providing systemwide support for programs like the Summer Learning Challenge, Spark A Change (formerly PLS Reads), Early Childhood Literacy, and more.

Touch A Truck Returns

A family favorite for nearly two decades, Touch A Truck returns to the Cleveland County Fairgrounds in Norman on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023. The event promotes play-based learning to help children learn and grow as they get an up-close, hands-on look at vehicles they might typically see from afar. The Pioneer Library System and Pioneer Library System Foundation host this fun event. The event is free to the public (a donation is $2 per person is suggested), and approximately 2,500 have attended annually for the past few years. Learn more.
